There is a problem with your email-address - you could not be signed in

Hello! You are shown this page because a problem were registered as you tried to sign-in.


The problem seems to be multiple registrations in APEX of your email-address. The email-address has to be unique on each created user, and you will not be able to sign-in as long as this problem exists.

  • Contact your key contractor/house developer (the ones that manages the project your house is part of) and ask them to change your user, and/or other users that could have the same email-address.

    The email of the extra user can be changed to "ingen", in order to be ignored by the system. By doing this, the main user can go through a "password reset" and sign in as usual.
  • If you are shown this page as a case manager or contractor, then contact the one that added you to APEX.

    The steps are the same; change the email of the extra user to "ingen", and feel free to contact APEX support for deactivating/deleting.

If editing the user information and email does not work, then it is possible that there is another malfunction with the user. If that is the case, be sure to contact APEX support at support@apexapp.io, or by the webform/chat on this site. Please give us as much information as possible concerning the steps you have taken and what has been done when you contact us.
